Our lead conveyancer has years of experience and an in-depth understanding of the stringent requirements of transferring a property and will deal with the obligations towards all stakeholders with the utmost of care. The client and estate agents will be kept up to date with weekly reports and will have an open line of communication at all times.

We focus on getting transfers done by avoiding unnecessary delays. We have all the necessary software and infrastructure to draft the required documents in line with the ever-changing requirements of the deeds office and to obtain clearance certificates electronically in order to expedite the process.
