We offer an all-inclusive fee of R12 500.00 ex VAT to incorporate your business. This fee includes registering your company with the CIPC, preparing your Memorandum of Incorporation, and drafting the shareholders' agreement or partnership agreement where necessary.

We assist with all other submissions to the CIPC and changes to your company as it grows including changes to the directorship and beneficial ownership submissions.

We are experienced in labour matters, contractual disputes and corporate governance issues meaning we know how to draft our agreements and documents to minimise the risks of future disputes and in the event that disputes do arise, we will be well prepared and ready to fight for your business's interests.
