We will provide you with a fully registered Antenuptial Contract drafted by an Attorney. The pricing listed below is all-inclusive from when we receive the instructions to register in the Deeds Office. No hidden Costs!
HOW IT WORKS:
Getting an antenuptial agreement is a quick and easy process, this should not be one of those things that you stress about prior to your wedding.
The steps are as follows:

You inform us of your election or consult with one of our attorneys to decide on the correct option for you;

We draft the antenuptial documentation and you receive the agreement within 24 hours;

You sign the documentation at our offices in front of the notary.

We register the agreement with the deeds office and provide you with the original document duly endorsed.
THE COST:
We have three packages, you can decide which is better for you and your partner:

You provide us with the necessary information on a form sent to you without consulting with an attorney - R2 000.00; or

You consult with an experienced attorney, whereby he/she explains the different options and together you decide on the best fit for you and your partner. The attorney will then draft a case-specific agreement - R2 750.00.

Everything in Option 2, together with a tailored Last Will & Testaments for you and your spouse - R3 500.00.
